  • Transmission structure
    The hoist drum is connected to gearbox through two-stage geared coupling, featuring simple structure and easy to operate.
  • Wire rope tightening
    Put a P.T. screw into the hole of the drum to tighten the wire rope, it can efficiently prevent the wire rope from falling off.
  • Heavy duty brake
    Electromagnetic brake with wear resistant brake disc is adopted, and it features a simple structure without adjusting brake air gap. The brake can be automatically and immediately activated during power failure to efficiently control the lowering of heavy loads, ensuring operation safety.

  • Motor
    The winch can be equipped with three-phase asynchronous motor or single-phase capacitor-run motor to ensure large starting torque, low temperature rise and prolonged service life. All motors are with class B insulation.

    The gears are made of high grade steel which is hardened by heat treatment and precisely processed, featuring good wear resistance, low noise, high efficiency and excellent mechanical performance.
